Jaime Bilotti founded Fan To Band, a fan engagement company that gives aspirational superfans a place to learn about the industry through their Virtual Street Team, social brand, workshops, collaborations, and community. Bilotti co-founded the parent company of Fan To Band, FANMADE, to help artists create activations tailored to their audiences outside of the general demographics of age, gender, and location.
Through her experiences at Sony, Warner, and Universal Music Group, she realized that she was able to contribute more to the conversation, than the other interns, since she was tackling the issues of the artists from the fan perspective. With that notion in mind, she created Fan To Band as a hub for fans to gather, learn, and collaborate to grow their professional experience and destigmatize fans in the music industry. Bilotti has inspired over 1000+ fans from around the world through the virtual street team and has continued to prove the power of professional fans through tailored activations and research.
