IMPORTANT DATES:
Sat Jan 10: Project Registration Opens (phased continuous released following)
Sun Feb 8: Final spots available for hackathon/project
Wed Feb 11 at 5PM UK / 9AM LA: Mandatory participation confirmation opens (Virtual & In-Person)
- Starting Feb 18 (as you confirm) you'll receive access to the 2026 Project Slack, the participant guide, and get a customizable social badge to share.
Mon Feb 16 at 5PM UK / 9AM LA: In-person participation confirmation closes
Wed Feb 18: In-person participants receive IRL location, arrival instructions & group assignment
Thu Feb 19 at 5PM UK / 9AM LA: Virtual participation confirmation closes
Fri Feb 20 at 3PM UK / 7AM LA: Mandatory Arrival/Friday Check-In Opens (Virtual & In-Person)
Fri Feb 20: Those meeting virtually will be assigned groups throughout the day/night on Friday as people do their Friday daily check-in.
Fri Feb 20 at 5PM UK/ 9AM LA: Conference & Hackathon/Projects Starts
Sat Feb 21 at 1AM UK / Fri Feb 20 5PM LA: Mandatory Friday Arrival Check-in Closes
Throughout the weekend: In-Person attendees meet IRL (specific days depending on in-person time zones)
Sat Feb 21 & Sun Feb 22: Daily Arrival Check-In
Sun Feb 22 at approx. 7PM UK / 11AM LA: Hackathon Presentations
Sun Feb 22 at 10PM UK / 2PM LA: Conference Ends, Hackathon Winners Announced & After Party Follows
