Amandis Hnarakis

Amandis Starr Louise Hnarakis is a music industry veteran, emerging entertainment law professional, and entrepreneur. As the owner of A. Starr Group and a junior at Full Sail University, where she is pursuing a B.S. in Entertainment Business, Amandis blends hands-on industry experience with formal business education.

Her career in live entertainment began at the iconic Merriweather Post Pavilion in the Washington-Baltimore area, leading to experience in artist management, live events, and music marketing. She has provided VIP concierge services for major artists and festivals, including Pilgrimage Festival, LOCKN Festival, and national tours for Luke Bryan, Josh Groban, and Lady Antebellum.

A recognized innovator in the field, Amandis was a 2022 Measure of Music Hackathon winner and received the Course Director Award for Psychology of Play at Full Sail University. She has worked with Machine Shop Marketing (Linkin Park) and is an active member of prestigious organizations, including the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association.

Her dedication to creatives and music business education is reflected in her professional experience and her studies also including a professional certificate in Music Business and Artist Management from Omega Studios' School of Applied Recording Arts and Sciences and her studies under industry veteran Steve "Renman" Rennie. Amandis is the DMV Chapter Lead for Mamas in Music and actively engages with the Music Business Association, Women in Music, The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, and Moms in Music.

Amandis's commitment to giving back is evident through her volunteer work with organizations such as the Music Business Association, The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, Women in Music, Mamas in Music, and Reverb, where she has supported sustainability initiatives, artist advocacy, and community engagement in the arts.

Her academic achievements include receiving the Maryland Senatorial Scholarship and the Maryland Delegatorial Scholarship, recognizing her excellence and dedication to higher education.
