Andy Haggerstone founded Kaleidoscope, an independent record label and artist management company, in 2015 in the UK. Their artists have performed at Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, and Reeperbahn, had tastemaker media support from the likes of NME, BBC Radio 1, and Line of Best Fit, and had sync success with major brands including Land Rover, FILA and British Airways. During the pandemic, Andy spent his lockdown building a music tech platform for self-releasing artists called IndieKnow, which was part of the startup pitch competition at Measure of Music in 2022, and which was acquired in 2024 by Un:Hurd. During this period he also relocated to Thailand, where he co-founded Songtaew Sync, a sync agency exclusively representing Thai music. Their recent and current projects include work with Netflix, Apple and HBO. He also works as a music consultant for Music Concierge in the APAC region, creating music solutions for luxury brands.
