His work has helped shape how teams work with data to complement A&R instinct in artist development. Beyond his contributions to music strategy, Jeremiah is dedicated to creating opportunities for the next generation of industry professionals. As founder of the "Open Desk Programme," hes provided invaluable work experience to young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds, empowering them to build careers in the music industry. Recognized for his work and commitment to fostering inclusion, he was named University of Essex 'Alumni of the Year 2024.'
