Michele Valentini

As A&R & Data Lead at Atlantic Records UK, Michele brings data-driven decision making into the label's processes, from signing new acts to building in-house tools and heading ad-hoc analyses. Notable projects include work on Ed Sheeran, Fred again.. and Charli xcx. Raised between Italy and Japan, Michele moved to London for university and graduated from UCL in 2022. During those years, he worked for SNAFU Records (through Measure of Music) as a data analyst and marketing manager, gaining experience in the industry between music and tech. Outside of his Atlantic work, Michele also mentors graduates between London and Rome, shaping the first generation of native data-informed A&Rs.
