About this Speaker
Stephanie Caress is Director of A&R Research and Analytics at Sony Music Publishing. Coming from a musical family, working in music was always the goal. In college, she studied classical music and communication and, being in LA, her first few jobs post-grad were in music supervision for TV & Film. She transitioned to the world of data after a full-time Data Science bootcamp. Now based in NYC, she leads US A&R research efforts at SMP to help discover, sign, and serve songwriters using data.
